I acknowledge that if I am joining AEAWA after a workplace or industrial issue has already occurred, I will be considered a Conditional Member. I understand and accept that:
- AEAWA is unable to provide support, guidance, or representation for matters that arose before my membership was approved.
- This policy ensures that resources are prioritised for current members and issues arising during the course of membership.
- I will be entitled to the full support of AEAWA for any new workplace or industrial matters that occur after my membership is confirmed, provided they are unrelated to pre-existing issues.
I have read and understand the Pre-existing Industrial Issues Rule and agree to the terms of Conditional Membership if applicable.
