The EBA Negotiation Process Is About to Begin – Have Your Say

As we prepare for the upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations, the AEAWA is seeking input from our members to help shape our Log of Claims.

This is your opportunity to influence the terms of your next Certified Agreement. We encourage all members to reflect on what improvements or changes you’d like to see in your workplace conditions, pay, and entitlements.

Your feedback is crucial. Together, we can advocate for meaningful outcomes that reflect the priorities and needs of our membership. The Survey will be emailed to all SCC members closer to commencement of negotiations.
