Since the November 2020 launch of our Income Protection product, the AEAWA executive have been hard at work to iron out wrinkles and refine the application process. To compensate for this, the AEAWA have negotiated a final extension of the automatic acceptance / pre-existing conditions period (for existing members) until February 28th 2021.
Any new members will still have 60 days to join and receive auto acceptance. Additional material is being developed as we speak to better explain the application process and the Salary Packaging process. Inevitably some teething problems will need to be worked out with any new product, but if you have feedback as to the process, or if you have applied for the product and have not heard back in a timely fashion, please let us know at the email below, so that we can follow up and continue improve the application process.
